Aside from its legal description, The H2O Experience, Inc., serves a greater good in our communities. Through a program dubbed BILD’N 805, under the Directorship of Dr. Homer N. Charles Psy.D., those that we serve get to experience community and economic revitalization by participating in several structured opportunities.
Ultimately, BILD’N 805 is in the Housing Acquisition and Rehab marketplace. In this particular platform, BILD’N805 harnesses and creates a network of users - composed of individuals who are skilled and/or unskilled in the construction trades, (we provide training in these skilled areas through our partnership with the Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC))- and a network of resources.
By accessing both the resources and the users, the BILD’N 805 program is equipped to identify, establish, stablize and hopefully expand a workable subset of this group that becomes microenterprises within the community we serve.
In addition to a goal of placing local citizens into Affordable Housing, BILD’N805 also seeks to plant structured, fiscally stable, well managed small businesses into our underserved communities.
